Welcome to Namaste Spa. By booking services, visiting our website, or using our mobile application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients and staff.
Appointments may be booked online, through our mobile app, by phone, or in person.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying the next client.
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:
A cancellation fee
Loss of prepaid session
Charge of a percentage of the service price
This policy allows us to respect our therapists’ time and offer availability to other clients.
If you arrive late for your appointment:
within 15 min Your service may be shortened (The Full Service Fee will still be applied)
more than 15 min The full session price will still apply
In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled
We accept major credit cards and approved digital payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Packages are designed to support ongoing wellness and consistency.
Package policies include:
Packages are non-refundable
Packages may have expiration dates
Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash
Packages may be transferable at the spa’s discretion
Consistency is recommended to achieve optimal results from treatments.
Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward services or products.

Gift cards are non-refundable
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash
Expiration policies follow applicable state regulations
Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications that may affect treatment.
Massage therapy and wellness treatments are not a substitute for medical care.
Namaste Spa therapists do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment. Clients should consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Results from services such as lymphatic drainage, body contouring, massage therapy, and skincare treatments may vary depending on individual health, lifestyle, and consistency of care.
Namaste Spa does not guarantee specific results.
Our team works with clients to support their wellness journey through education, professional care, and customized treatment plans.
Namaste Spa maintains a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
By using our website or mobile application, you agree to:
Provide accurate account and booking information
Use the platform for lawful purposes
Not attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the system
The mobile app and booking platform may be operated through trusted third-party providers such as Zenoti.
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may include expiration dates.
Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other promotions unless specified.
Namaste Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Namaste Spa is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or health concerns resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
By receiving services, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of spa and wellness treatments and accept responsibility for their participation.
Namaste Spa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

All will agree, time is our most valuable asset.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you
-Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a treatment or cancel.
-Appointments without a credit card on file and NO 48hrs confirmation from client, the appointment will be canceled.
-Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
-“No-shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.
-Kindly be advised that for couples events or groups consisting or packages of two or more individuals, the full fee (100%) for the service will be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice), no-shows, and/or late rescheduling (less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time).
-Cancellations must be processed during business days. Please note that our office is closed on Sundays.
Our primary objective is to ensure that none of our clients incur cancellation fees. To achieve this, we diligently send confirmation reminders at key intervals – a week, 72 hours, and 48 hours prior to appointments. This proactive communication aims to keep you informed and to facilitate a smooth experience for you. We genuinely care about your satisfaction, and we understand that paying cancellation fees can be frustrating. It’s important to highlight that our partners work on a commission-based structure. When a spot is left unfilled due to a missed opportunity, it impacts their ability to meet their financial goals. We sincerely hope for your understanding in this matter. Your cooperation not only supports our partners but also contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services. The spa needs to pay the therapists, even if a client is a “no-show”. This policy allows us to retain great employees.
At Namaste Mind, Body & Soul Spa, we are committed to providing a peaceful, high-quality experience for every guest. Each session is thoughtfully prepared in advance to ensure that your treatment begins and ends in a relaxed, intentional way.
To maintain the integrity of your service and respect the time of our other clients and practitioners, we ask that you please review our Late Arrival Policy:
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows time for check-in, any necessary paperwork, and an unhurried start to your treatment.
If You Are Late:
Up to 15 Minutes Late:
We will do our best to provide your full treatment; however, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full service charges will still apply.
15–30 Minutes Late (First Time):
Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and, as a one-time courtesy, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
15–30 Minutes Late (Repeated Occurrences):
Your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Our practitioners invest time, energy, and preparation into each session to deliver a complete and transformative experience. Late arrivals disrupt not only your own treatment but also the flow of care for others. By arriving on time, you allow us to serve you with the highest level of presence, attention, and care.
