All will agree, time is our most valuable asset.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you
-Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a treatment or cancel.
-Appointments without a credit card on file and NO 48hrs confirmation from client, the appointment will be canceled.
-Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
-“No-shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.
-Kindly be advised that for couples events or groups consisting or packages of two or more individuals, the full fee (100%) for the service will be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice), no-shows, and/or late rescheduling (less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time).
-Cancellations must be processed during business days. Please note that our office is closed on Sundays.
Our primary objective is to ensure that none of our clients incur cancellation fees. To achieve this, we diligently send confirmation reminders at key intervals – a week, 72 hours, and 48 hours prior to appointments. This proactive communication aims to keep you informed and to facilitate a smooth experience for you. We genuinely care about your satisfaction, and we understand that paying cancellation fees can be frustrating. It’s important to highlight that our partners work on a commission-based structure. When a spot is left unfilled due to a missed opportunity, it impacts their ability to meet their financial goals. We sincerely hope for your understanding in this matter.
